Plain language about what this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Henry Digital Media LLC (“Henry Digital Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an Ohio limited liability company based in Canton, Ohio. This policy explains how we handle information collected through henrydigitalmedia.com (the “Site”).
Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, plus standard analytics about how the Site is used. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter:
We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to provide services you request. If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence for the same reason.
Like most websites, our web server records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding traffic patterns.
We also set a session cookie when you load a page containing a form. It holds a security token that protects against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site — which pages are popular, how people arrived, and where they leave. These tools set cookies and collect usage data, including a truncated or full IP address depending on configuration.
We use this in aggregate to improve the Site. We do not use it to identify you personally. You can opt out across all sites using Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which distinguishes real visitors from automated bots. To do this, reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information — such as device and application data, IP address, and interaction behavior — and sends it to Google for analysis. This is required for the form to work, and use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and your IP address is visible to Google in the process. Form submissions are delivered by email through our mail provider. Our website hosting provider stores the Site's files and server logs.
Each of these providers processes information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We share information with them only as needed to operate the Site.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We reply to inquiries you send. If you opt in to receive tips or updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email or by replying and asking. We won't add you to a marketing list just because you submitted a contact form.
Contact form submissions and correspondence are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of our business relationship, then deleted when no longer needed. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.
The Site is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against automated abuse and cross-site request forgery, and credentials are stored outside the public web directory. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — please don't send sensitive information such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information through the contact form.
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser or Google's opt-out tool. To make a request, contact us using the details below — we may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation. We honor requests of this kind regardless of whether a particular law formally applies to us.
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
The Site links to third-party websites, including client projects and external resources. We're not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their policies separately.
We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
