For retail & e-commerce

Every extra step in checkout is a sale you already paid for.

Getting someone to the product page is the expensive part. Losing them at a slow gallery, a surprise shipping cost or a checkout that fights their phone is the avoidable part. That is usually where the work pays for itself.

Where online stores lose the sale

Heavy product images

Unoptimised photography is the most common cause of a slow store. People leave before the thing they wanted has finished appearing.

Checkout built for a desktop

Tiny fields, a forced account signup and shipping costs revealed at the last step. Each one loses a share of the people who were ready to buy.

Stock that disagrees with reality

Selling something the shop floor sold an hour ago costs you the refund, the apology and usually the customer.

What you get

Stores built around the buying decision

From the product page through to the confirmation email.

Product pages that convert

Fast-loading images, clear pricing and availability, and the answers people need before buying rather than buried in a tab.

Secure, simple checkout

Fewer steps, guest checkout, honest shipping costs shown early, and payment methods your customers already use.

Inventory and integrations

Stock, orders and shipping connected to the systems you already run, so the website is not a separate thing to keep in step by hand.

Local and organic search

Product and category pages structured to be found, plus local search for the people who would happily come in if they knew you existed.

How it works

Fix the leaks before spending on traffic

01

Find where people drop out

Look at the existing store and the numbers first. Sending more traffic into a leaking checkout is the expensive way to do this.

02

Speed is a feature

Images, scripts and page weight handled properly, because on a store, load time and revenue are directly connected.

03

The right platform for you

Custom, or Shopify or WooCommerce when that genuinely fits better. I will recommend the one that suits your catalogue, not the one that bills more.

04

Support after launch

Stores need ongoing attention as the catalogue grows. Same developer, no handover.

FAQ

Questions from retailers

Shopify or custom?

Shopify is a good answer for many catalogues and I will say so when it is. Custom makes sense when you have unusual products, pricing or workflow that a platform would force you to work around.

Can you connect to my point of sale?

Usually. Tell me what you run in the shop and I will tell you what is possible and what it involves.

What about existing product listings?

Migration is part of the project. Products, images and URLs move across, with redirects so you keep the search rankings you already have.

Do you handle payment security?

Payments go through established providers so card details never touch your server, and the site is built to keep it that way.
